Who this policy covers

This policy covers ksaconsulting.online, the marketing website for KSA Consulting, the executive search and talent advisory practice of Akanksha Chopra. Akanksha Chopra is the person responsible for the data described below. If you have any question about it, email akanksha@ksaconsulting.online.

What the contact form collects

When you submit the contact form or the shorter "ask a question" field, the site sends the following to a small backend that supports this site:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company name, if you provide one (this field is optional)
• The message you write describing your hiring challenge

The backend also automatically records the IP address your submission came from and the time it was received, which is standard practice for spam prevention and abuse control.

The Insights page also has a lighter "Get new field notes" form, which only collects your email address, so Akanksha knows to reach out when a new piece publishes. Nothing else about your visit is recorded there.

Why it's collected

Solely to read your enquiry, reply to you, and, if a search or engagement follows, to keep a record of how that conversation started. Nothing you submit through this form is used for advertising, and it is never sold or rented to anyone.

Where it goes

Every submission is written to a private log file on the server first, so nothing is lost even if the steps below are briefly unavailable. From there:

• It's emailed to contact@ksaconsulting.online, the inbox Akanksha reads personally.
• If an internal Lark chat notification is turned on for faster response times, a copy of the same message may also be posted to a private internal Lark group. No one outside KSA Consulting has access to that group.

No other third party receives what you submit.

Other services this site uses

This site loads its typefaces (Fraunces and Inter) from Google Fonts. Loading a font this way means your browser makes a direct request to Google's servers, which can see the IP address making that request. No other Google service, analytics tag, or advertising script is used anywhere on this site.

Outbound email uses Lark Mail, the mail provider KSA Consulting runs on. Lark only ever sees what any email provider sees when a message is sent through it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies, does not run any analytics or advertising script, and does not track you across visits or other sites. There is nothing to opt out of.

How long it's kept

Contact form submissions are kept for 12 months from the date they're received, then deleted automatically. If your enquiry turns into an active search or engagement, records related to that engagement are kept for as long as the engagement reasonably requires, consistent with what's already described in the FAQ.

Your rights

You can ask, at any time, what KSA Consulting holds about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask for it to be deleted. Email akanksha@ksaconsulting.online and Akanksha will handle it personally, usually within a few working days.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or how it's handled changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Checking back here is the simplest way to stay current.
